Fruit Salad with Mint
1 watermelon
1 red delicious apple, core removed and sliced
1 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
12 strawberries, hulled and quartered
1 orange, segmented
1 mango, cubed
1 cup of fresh blueberries
1 cup of blackberries
1 cup of seedless grapes
1 bunch of fresh mint, sliced thinly
Cut watermelon in half and scoop out about 2-dozen balls from one half of the melon with a melon baller or teaspoon. Scoop out the flesh from the other half and reserve the melon to use as a salad bowl.
Toss all fruit together with the mint and spoon into the watermelon bowl.
